Ukraine is big today because it's still ongoing. People have forgotten MH370 already save for that one guy who came up with a wild conspiracy theory about MH370 landing in Kazakhstan. I'm referring to general news that is talked about on a daily basis. Most of them are quickly forgotten. |

Ukraine is still ongoing, and obviously relevant. At what point should someone have started following the story? Does it have to maintain relevance for a minimum time period before it's worthy of following?
