semi-related: Betty From Betelgeuse is the name of one of the main characters in my book series The Dread Space Pirate Richard. I chose Betelgeuse partly as a nod to HHGG and partly for the way it read and sounded when pronounced aloud. I think of all the star names it is possibly the most beautiful and memorable. |
