While I 100% agree that gays/lesbians have it "easier" than trans I wouldn't come close to acting like it's no longer an issue. Trans rights still have quite a way to go but I really do believe that it will get better. It's not going to happen overnight but I do believe it will happen so I don't consider it "an obvious lie".
