Yep, basically I pick out the ones I like and email them that I am looking for a place for around 2 months and if they can give me a better price. I generally do that with 3 to 5 of them and see who comes back with a competitive rate and price drop over weekly. Usually asking nicely is great and they love long stays as they don't have to mess with turn over.
