I'm pretty sure nobody tried using a bot, which is pretty surprising. After I saw people interpreting the thing as a puzzle, I thought that I'd get bots for sure. Even the most prolific link follower looked at only ~150 links, and looking at timestamp information and the content of the guesses themselves, it doesn't seem like it was a bot. |
