I think that a smile should never be forced, for two reasons. 1. I want to find people who are genuinely passionate about what they do. 2. If people are truly unhappy not being o.k with that, and not faking it may bring attention to a problem they or society faces. This may help highlight, and could lead to solutions. Do not go silent. |
