"Looking back, I wasted my time going on job interviews. My first job was actually better than I realized." this is worth considering, especially when you're just starting out. I had a similar experience to the OP and had a string of 3 jobs where each was worse (in terms of being a mess) than the one before. I still managed to learn a lot along the way and don't really regret any of it, but in retrospect the first place had their shit together. |
