True, Azure did have a major outage in November 2014, significantly more than the other popular providers: http://www.networkworld.com/article/2866950/cloud-computing/... That's can't be the only reason to choose (or ignore) a particular platform, because: - 100% is not commercially feasible - with rare exceptions, a little downtime won't kill you |
