+1. I'll keep checking that jobs page as well. In my fifteen years of tech work, the only occasions I had to work overtime were those when somebody screwed up. It was often because somebody didn't say no to requests for: CYA meetings; last-minute scope changes; mandatory "butts in chairs" policies. Thirty-two hours a week doesn't give lousy management enough time to take root. Like kvcrawford, I can't overestimate how appealing that is when it comes time to recruit. |
