They do SUCK, in every imaginable way. I went through a similar issue, when my download speed tanked at less than 1mbps. The network is totally unreliable and fluctuates wildly, part of the problem is that even if you get good speed, the connection time is very long, and the speed highly variable. Support will drive you nuts, you always have to prove who you are, they subject you to these patronizing precanned chat messages, there's no history or ability to track your issue when you get handed off from one tech to another, you have to start all over from the beginning. I just moved service from San Francisco to seattle. Should be easier to move it than get new - right? Hell no, it was miserable, they even did another credit check even though I was on an autopay. COMCAST SUCKS!!!!!!!
