I'll agree. There's a healthy middle ground and I was exaggerating for emphasis. Suffice to say, this: I think that it's possible to enjoy sport at a professional / high level (or local for that matter), in itself, whilst still having something of a disdain for overly crass commercialization (which varies between sports). |
