Yup, you can get some extra minutes by sharing it with your buddies or buy time via IAP. It's an experimental business model in this genre and seems to be working pretty well.

We did this so it forces you to focus in that 5 minutes.

But if you really want to you can get another 5 min a day with sharing and such.
