I think this comes with lots of difficulties.

For example should you be evicted from your family farm that you've worked on your whole life when your 80 year old mother dies just because you haven't saved up enough money to buy it on the event of her death.

What if you are a subsistence farmer in Cambodia in the same situation - should you lose your family land to the state on the event of the death of your parents?
