I honestly don't understand all the downvotes on this comment. Time restriction is a tool available to restrict caloric intake (It's hard to eat 3000 calories in 4 hours. It's much easier given 18 hours). Yeah, timing matters a little, but it's an optimization that really makes a different on the fringes (ie, professional bodybuilder). |
