Have you attempted to schedule a meeting with 3 busy people in your company with 3 busy executives and PMs from a client? It is annoying and frustrating. Most of the solutions I'm familiar with require all scheduling parties to be on the same Exchange Server with calendar busy/away shared. Or you have to click-thru to a website and then deal with creating a user account. Using email seems like a nice friction-free way forward. I hope they get traction! |
