There's honestly a very simple recipe to combat about 85% of depression. The other 15% does require SSRI / therapy / etc. - Clean up your sleep.
- Clean up your diet.
- Exercise, at full intensity, for 8-15 minutes a day. Weight training mixed in as well.
- Get sunlight or supplement with Vitamin D. Oh, and have great friends. That helps. |
