Is that true though? Take a look at this: http://www.boxofficemojo.com/yearly/ The number of tickets sold seems to be on a steady decline since the early 2000s. It's only because the average ticket price is increasing that the total gross is increasing, and even that has been relatively stagnant for the past five years. |
