Yes, we are really always hiring. Don't feel like this any particular bar you need to reach; you can't waste our time. We interview all sorts of people with all sorts of backgrounds. Some fit, some don't, but not neceessarily the one's you'd think. We also have a history of interiewing the same person repeatedly. I myself interviewed twice before I came to Matasano. There's nothing wrong with realizing it's not a good fit at this time, and coming back around at a later date. Seriously, you can't waste our time. |
