I made this for fun as a side project, because I love emacs and imgix (I work there). You're probably right that this could be done using Cairo, but I'd be shocked if you could do it as easily as you can with imgix. Yes, you can use imgix directly via the web browser, but for building complex URLs this is way faster (especially if you're an experienced emacs user). Think encoding and moving between parameters of a super long URL. |
