Hey! Profit is the point of every free-market enterprise. You make that sound like a bad thing. The congressional budget office says 12 million newly insured benefitted through this effort. Not peanuts. And remember it was coincident with changes in Medicaid, and changes allowing young people to stay on their parents' insurance. All combined it might have benefitted 18 million! |
