Funny, they named their barebones theme after http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pripyat :D. http://voog.com/signup?language_code=en ('Choose' button at the bottom next to the text about the blank slate).

Crikey. Site builders are getting frighteningly good. Weebly is already pretty acceptable but at first glance Voog looks like a great leap forward.
