You could pay with a normal credit card (like everywhere else) up to the 1st of Dec. Reserve Bank of India has a rule about all CC transactions needing 2FA and Uber wasn't complying with it. They recently shifted to a prepaid wallet mechanism to do payments. There's very little awareness around the fact that you can dispute credit-card transactions in India. |
