"and even then you can still be screwed if your bandwidth is saturated" Which is exactly what happened in this case. It sucks to be on the receiving end of this. We couldn't defend against it and let our customers down, and that hurts me deeply. We choose one approach to defense, which was internal, and that was a mistake. We're going to work on rectifying that now. |
