If you think you've done market research, but you haven't spoken to your customers directly (in person or by phone if in person is not possible. no email), you haven't done market research. And if you can speak to your customers to do research and discover their problems, you can sell them your solution if it's a good one. To underscore what others have said, if you want to have any success, you have to sell this yourself. |
