Looking at a (failed) login flow, it looks like they are using Oracle SSO Markers:
* Cookie named site2pstoretoken
* Http header: Oracle-Application-Server-10g/10.1.2.3.0 Oracle-HTTP-Server
* Layouts are still done via <tables>
