It's funny that the Genymotion screenshot clearly shows "for personal use" :)
The blog post says Genymotion "has a completely free option along with some paid options for larger groups of developers", which is a slightly different interpretation of what you can read on Genymotion website as the use cases there are divided between commercial and non-commercial.
