Hi Before describing my problem, i would like Mr Satya Nadella to know about my issue since he is from India and he might consider getting involved and come with a real solution. This is a global problem for people from third world countries. We can not do international transactions using locally issued cards due to national Financial restrictions. For that reason we are using services such as Payoneer to overcome the handicap. I need to get my hand on Miccrosft technologies such as Azure like many other folks around from coutnries like mine. Let me know what our government needs to do for us in order to be able to get that Microsoft Azure subsription. Kindly consider forward my request to whom ever it concerns. And now for my problem here is it, but please no generic answers like "Please use a credit card in order to sign up for MS Azure", i'm not a US Citizen.

I'm trying to sign up for the trial offer of Azure using my payoneer card. My bank shows me a $1 pending charge and the sign up form display the following error: We can't authorize the payment method. Please make sure the information is correct, or use another payment method. If you continue to get this message, please contact your financial institution. Error code: 30225-77XlPgAAAAAAAAAA-a5d136b7-7330-434f-ba9b-c2f4605046d2 I'll post this to Reddit and Hacker News
