This is great advice and what I have been doing for the last 3-4 years for our retirement portfolio. Prior to that we were using an 'investment guy' who had us in a bunch of high-cost funds. I sent the guy and email and ended the relationship and took a couple months to read and learn about this. I recommend the "investor's manifesto" by William Bernstein for anyone interested. |
