This reminds me of a TED talk I watched last night (http://www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_how_great_leaders_inspi...)

"People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it". You sell the bed not based on the quality of the materials so much as the improvement that it gives to their life.
