I would not call it a "bubble" - to me that implies air surrounded by water. I would call it a "drop" or a "blob". However, as I've learned to my cost in another thread, not everyone agrees with me about the usage of language. Since it's got water in it, and it's big and round, some people will call it a "bubble."
