Project management for editors

My girlfriend is an editor for children books. For each book she has a long list of steps that need to be completed at precise times. These steps include signing contracts, sending the original to translators, getting new illustrations, sending to correctors, sending to print, etc, etc. These steps need to be repeated in a similar fashion for other books. There isn't a single template, but most books follow the same set of steps. And she works always on multiple books at the same time all the time. As you can imagine, the chances of missing one step or forgetting about a certain deadline are big. Needless to say, there was no similar software for editors, so I decided to implement a tool, for project management for editors: http://projects-master.herokuapp.com.
