I suggest the following: 1 get off work no later than 6pm 2 walk/jog/exercise 3 cook your own tasty+healthy dinner and share it with friends 4 read a bit 5 find some hobbies Do this for a few weeks. Then figure out what you want to do next. Oh yeah, watch "Office space". Seriously. |
