Surely this is satire. Net Neutrality? Community Investment? Product innovation? All of these items are on the opposite end of the spectrum as Comcast + TWC.

When they say "net neutrality protection", they mean "protection, from it, for us".

The only one of those that I think would actually happen is the "low-cost internet access", and that only if the government mandates it like they did with the Comcast and NBC merger. The program that resulted from that, Internet Essentials, works well in my hometown and was extremely helpful for my family when I was in high school -- not to mention the fact that although they only officially offered "1.5mbps", we averaged well above that, frequently reaching 1MBps or more.

I read somewhere that in some areas it was excessively difficult for people to sign up for, but it turned out to be easy enough for us. Mandating the continuation of that program, and more like it, could be at least one positive result from Comcast+TWC.
