Exactly this. It's a really great idea but a delay of just a few hundred milliseconds is enough to make even someone who uses the oculus rift frequently feel motion sick. Viewing static images in (for example: loading screens in games) are enough to make me personally feel nauseous, so I can't imagine what the delay would be between earth and the moon (a second or two?) would make this feel like.
