Off topic but for those of you doing this manually on vista and above there are two tools built into windows which are helpful. Both are launched from the start menu and are available on all machines: 1. Snipping tool. Allows you to screenshot and annotate then email, save, copy the screenshot. This lives in my taskbar. 2. Problem steps recorder. Screen recorder that produces an Html document with embedded images and annotated key presses and clicks. Both very helpful! |
