A new programming framework every 18 months? Is that an exaggeration? Teams are fairly dynamic; e.g. many of the .NET people went over to do Typescript. Then there is something like WPF that hasn't moved much recently (for better or worse). Also, users really like the fact that there will be a new version of C# with more features (async, pattern matching, etc...) with some continuity. |
