wrong. Cancer cells are your own cells and in general immune system have no reason to target them.

No, "karma" and "payback" do not belong to my vocabulary. Also, read more - the immune system is totally capable of attacking some cancer cells [1]. Immunotherapy is what I think will cure cancer paired with better early detection and prevention with lifestyle and nutrition changes.
