We have a Chrome app (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/moodo-organize-you...) available that acts as a native app and includes notifications. If you're on OSX and don't use Chrome, FluidApp is a great alternative. We completely support offline access to your data from both the apps as well as your browser.
