Having the idea, writing the code and buying hardware are the easy parts, IMO. The vast majority of possible startups fail at the mechanics of forming a company - not knowing how/where to do it, not knowing how to find the right lawyer/accountant, not knowing how much that costs, not knowing what to ask, not knowing how to employ people... There are a hundred forms and answers to find before you can open a shop. |
