Is Colony Collapse Disorder largely affecting only domesticated beehives?

It's hard to say with CCD being so large and varied. One thing we know is that beehives exposed to certain pesticides [1] are much more likely to collapse.

It's hard to believe that spraying a bunch of stuff to kill insects all over might have a negative affect on insects.
