The first paragraph kind of ignores the homeless and the poor and even Mr Average Joe, who's got a list of medical conditions, which he can't afford to fix, so getting himself locked up for a while, just to get access to healthcare, doesn't sound insane. Can you imagine that? Remain free and barely be able to put food on the table for your family or go to prison, just to solve a medical problem? |
