1&2. The plugin doesn't have many options to configure. The usage: http://innovastudio.com/content-builder.aspx (I can send the readme file if you'd like, just email builder@innovastudio.com). The package contains several examples (explained in the readme file). In the near future we plan to include option to extend with custom image select.
