Does the Tor Browser allow you to access things on the Internet, because surely it shouldn't, therefore the Captcha should have failed to load for a high percentage of Internet users?
SR was up for a long time... and I'm sure made a lot of enemies... not to mention bots trying to pound on it... So it seems very unlikely that something as basic as not escaping user input strings would bring them down...
