As a sibling comment says, it's a pain to be in a significantly different time zone. Try to emphasize that you'll be always available at the prospective employer's local time, and will be able to spend time in the office once in a few months if necessary. Also, try to contact companies that already have remote workforce and a remote-work policy (like github). |
