I think it's going to be very hard for countries to work out how to deal with the issues. Pretty sure the Internet is going to continue to exist and provoke questions about what "national boundaries" mean in this context. Predictions are dangerous, but probably the forecast for the future is that it will be even more "cloudy", whether we like it or not. Of course, can't do much about the weather anyway... |
