If you watch the closing keynote to RailsConf 2014, Tenderlove talked about that. It boils down to:
1. It's a joke.
2. Enough with hyperbole. He could have called it TurboRecord, but everything has to be "X on STEROIDS!!!!" these days, so "AdequateRecord" instead. |
