I went there literally ready to punch in the CC#.

But $21?! I might as well pay the extra $9 and have a nice physical artifact to show for it.

Or you can save a dollar and get the hardback from Amazon. O'Reilly is having the same issue setting prices for their eBooks against Amazon[1].
