Yes it's Diplo. Although souncloud.com/stream page and reposts[1] work quite good for my needs already.

Diplo has second account for reposts[2][3] only.

I personally prefer a curated approach, like blip.fm[4] offered/offers, to any automated methods so far.

hum... so how do you link your variety of music tastes in your approach? I personally love headytunes.co and it's curation, but it only fit 1/3 of my musical world unfortunately
