Two servers side by side. Broken KVM that only switched the monitor. The screen was Windows NT, but the keyboard in front of the monitor was connected to another server running OS/2.
Ctrl-Alt-Del
The Windows screen did nothing, but the sudden hard drive activity on the OS/2 server told me what I needed to know. Not thirty seconds later, I had visitors. I was around 21 at the time, so yeah... Experience. |
