Sure, you could do that. Personally, I have always had a reply from their abuse department within the hour (usually it's solved by then, too). But indeed, if you feel you have sufficient evidence that MSFT is downright neglectful and turning a blind eye to spam accounts, feel free to file a motion and post a $200k+ bond. |
